Experience and Expertise
Dr. Zoe Cooperband is a mathematician whose work bridges advanced theoretical math with practical problem-solving in engineering, data science, and robotics. She holds a PhD in Electrical and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where her research focused on applied algebraic topology and computational geometry. She has practical experience working on data signal processing, scientific coding, and machine learning.
Zoe’s teaching philosophy is rooted in equity, patience, and curiosity. From tutoring undergraduates to teaching inmates in New Jersey, she believes in the power of education to open doors—no matter where a student starts from.
